Over 60 Korean artists to exhibit works at the Carson City Cultural Center in the U.S.

Under the preparation of the Organizing Committee of the World Peace Art Exhibition

K-컬처 By Lee Jon-young | The Organizing Committee of the World Peace Art Exhibition (Chairman Damhwa Lee Jon-young) will host an invitational exhibition of more than 60 Korean artists commemorating the 71st anniversary of the U.S.-Korea Alliance from March 18-25 at the first floor lobby of the Carson City Cultural Center in the United States.

The exhibition will mark the 71st anniversary of the U.S.-Korea Alliance as a historic event in which the two countries took the first step toward a new alliance as an "alliance in action."

It will also convey the message of a sustainable future for the alliance, which began 120 years ago when Koreans arrived in Hawaii and settled in the U.S. mainland via San Francisco.

The exhibition at Carson City Hall is co-presented by Damhwa Media Group and the National Federation of Arts and Cultural Organizations of the Americas, organized by the International Cultural Exchange Division of the World Peace Art Exhibition, and sponsored by the UN Journal, Diplomatic Journal, K-Art, Citizen Administration Newspaper, Korea Culture, the World Peace Art Exhibition Organizing Committee, and Concordia International University.

Participants will receive a prize from the Carson City, an Invited Writer's Certificate from the Federation of Arts and Cultural Organizations of the Americas, a Korea-U.S. Friendship Artist's Certificate from the UN Journal, 50% support for admission to the highest level course at Concordia University, the benefit of priority participation in international exchange exhibitions of the World Peace Art Exhibition Organizing Committee, and a free subscription to the monthly magazine K-Culture for one year.

In addition, all participants will receive two copies of the Art Brochure.
